另一個同樣對頂級羊毛相當推崇的,還有Lanificio Luigi Colombo(以下簡稱Colombo),也是Chanel、Hermès等品牌物料供應商,本身早期屬於家族企業,同時也是頂級珍稀羊毛織品的供應商,Vicuña亦是Colombo供應的品項之一,他們與南美祕魯的養殖場有合作關係,好確保物源不受影響。另外品牌亦是從代工和供應商身分,轉型另闢時裝系列,來年春夏男裝運用不少喀什米爾羊毛摻紡棉花,有的援用Vicuña製成輕薄西裝外套,自然價格不斐。其實有不少頂級男裝用料採用Vicuña,好比是義大利的Kiton,曾發表一款要價10萬美金以上的白色Vicuña大衣,如此極品,誰不心動,難怪不少從事布料供應商,積極鞏固他們的Vicuña來源,畢竟取得不易啊。««

Italian brnad Loro Piana used to the middle man in Vicuna market but then it started to have its own brand so that it could provide Vicuna wool to high-end brand and also its brand could benefit from the convenience. Lanificio Luigi Colombo offered various wool to fashion houses and Vicuna wool was one of their products. The brand also had its own garment collection made by the wool. Since the Vicuna products were so expensive, no wonder so many companies would love the share the profitable market.««
