品牌開疆闢土 紛紛加入眼鏡戰場

»»景氣低迷的年代,時尚精品越是企圖逆流而上,紛紛尋求合作機會,擴大版圖。瑞士老牌Bally與美國新興品牌L’Wren Scott便不約而同看中眼鏡市場,選擇於今年秋冬發表品牌首推的眼鏡系列。Victoria Beckham與Maison Martin Margiela則擴大品項,先後推出光學眼鏡系列,不僅強調材質與造型,更標榜技術性,讓今年的眼鏡市場異常喧囂。

具101年歷史的Bally,自今年1月宣布與國際眼鏡集團TWC L’Amy合作,首次推出太陽眼鏡與光學眼鏡系列,企圖藉此重收眾人目光。由Bally創意總監Michael Herz、Graeme Fidler,以及TWC L’Amy設計團隊合作的新系列眼鏡,於10月在巴黎舉辦的Silmo Optical Trade Show上曝光。49款鏡框造型包含經典飛行員墨鏡與威靈頓框形,除延續了Bally的風格品味,並將品牌標誌性元素:紅白相間的Trainspotting條紋、瑞士小山羊圖案、B型鎖扣等,融入設計之中,展現品牌美學核心。太陽眼鏡將於年底上市,光學眼鏡則待明年,屆時將可近距離端倪一番。

2006年創立的L’Wren Scott也與慕尼黑Menrad合作,跨足眼鏡市場。設計師表示:「我非常執著於整體造型。」是故與2013春夏女裝一同發表的系列鏡框,刻意延續服裝風格,除模擬布料質感,如斜紋軟呢印花、仿蕾絲鏤空處理,以及絲絨浮雕設計,還運用艷紅、亮藍等服裝用色,完整體現設計師美學。21款新品眼鏡除了經典飛行員墨鏡,還包含蝴蝶輪廓設計與貓眼框形,定價249到399美金不等,折合台幣約7470到11970元,明年1月中旬將可於品牌官網lwrenscott.com購得。

Victoria Beckham與Maison Martin Margiela不約而同與英國眼鏡品牌Cutler & Gross合作,並雙雙選擇今年的Silmo Optical Trade Show,作為系列光學眼鏡的首次發表場地。6款Victoria Beckham光學眼鏡皆標榜於義大利手工製造,結合金屬與膠框材質,並運用珍珠牡蠣的七彩內殼與玳瑁點綴,營造低調奢華。Maison Martin Margiela則強調質輕無負擔,4款全新眼鏡選擇不鏽鋼、銀與銅色黃金等貴金屬材質,打造貓眼與圓形鏡框,呈現出迥異於服裝的規矩作風。««

關於Silmo Optical Trade Show
SILMO協會由光學相關產品製造商組成,1969年由協會成員發起,於法國奧約奈克斯(Oyonnax)舉辦首屆「Silmo Optical Trade Show」,旨在提供專業人士光學與眼鏡產業的新知。今年的「Silmo Optical Trade Show」於巴黎舉辦,自103日至107日,為期5天時間。

While Bally and L’Wren Scott decided to debut their glasses collection in 2012 FW shows, Victoria Beckham and Maison Martin Margiela expanded their field to optical glasses to fight for the glasses market.

With a hundred years of history, Bally is collaborating with TWCL’Amy to debut their first sun glasses and optic glasses collection. Michael Herz and Graeme Fidler, the creative directors of Bally, and TWCL’Amy collaborate on the design of glasses. There are 49 different pieces based on Bally’s classic logo and brand designs on fashion. The collections will debut in October in Paris.

L’Wren Scott, on the other hand, is also collaborating with Menrad from Munich, to debut their first collection of glasses. “I’m very concern about the style of entirety.” The designer focused on the fusion between the clothes design and the glasses design to present the beauty of fashion. The 21 pieces collection will price from 249USD to 399USD. The collection will be on their website in mid-January.
